- Starters: 8 to 10 varieties mixing fusion and classic tastes (e.g., Charcoal Sopapillas, Chili Corn Tartlets, traditional Tikkas).
- Grazing: Selection of finger foods and bite-sized delights.
The Grand Buffet

I’m both a chef and a planner. In the kitchen, I’m always experimenting, mixing old-school recipes with new ideas. When it’s showtime, I switch gears and make sure every detail is sorted, from the first bite to the last. Been at it since 1977, so I know what works and what doesn’t.

Whether your event is in Udaipur, Thailand, UAE, or Turkey, I bring my kitchen to you. I don’t compromise on taste - I even carry my own paneer and secret masalas from India to keep things authentic. Quality is something I never mess with.
