Turning Mumbai’s concrete high-rises into breathing, living structures. We integrate nature into your vertical home to mitigate heat and restore your sense of peace.

The award-winning Sarvasva tower stands as a testament to vertical living. We worked to integrate nature into its very fabric, creating a terracotta-clad structure that breathes amidst the concrete, with green spaces punctuating the facade.

This video details the architectural vision for the Sarvasva tower. Our landscape design was integral, with cascading greenery and open terraces creating an oasis in the sky and a distinct contrast to the surrounding urban environment.

Seen from a distance, the Sarvasva tower asserts its unique identity. The vertical gardens we designed are not just additions but are fundamental to the architecture, creating a landmark of sustainable urban living.

As evening descends on the city, the Sarvasva tower's integrated gardens are illuminated. This creates a warm, inviting presence and showcases the seamless blend of architecture and nature that defines our work.

This is a view into one of the tower's double-height terrace voids, featuring a private pool. We used hanging and potted plants to create a lush, jungle-like feel, offering a dramatic and refreshing escape high above the city streets.

For this Bandra home, we created a building enveloped in green. The cascading plants drape over the edges of each floor, creating a living facade that changes with the seasons and provides natural cooling.

A monochrome perspective of the Bandra residence highlights the texture and form of the cascading greenery. Our design creates a dramatic, organic pattern against the building's clean architectural lines.

This Juhu project was conceived as a stack of "Living Slabs." Our landscape design fills every possible space with greenery, from cantilevered terraces to sliding screen partitions, ensuring an experience of green living with urban elegance.

This film explores our eight-storey Juhu project, emersed in greenery. The design focuses on living with nature, using architecture to restore a sense of peace and calm within a dense urban context.

A look at the Sarvasva tower, a vertical home defined by its terracotta skin and integrated natural elements. The principal "eye" of the facade is a green void we designed to connect living spaces with the surrounding environment.

About Vertical Sanctuaries: High-Rise Greening

Designing for high-rises is a delicate balancing act of structure and biology. We engineer custom ‘living voids’ and green facades that do more than look good—they actively cool your living space, manage wind loads, and create a private micro-climate, even thirty floors above the street.
