Animals pick up on anxiety, so we keep our spaces calm and predictable. We don't believe in over-crowding our areas, which allows us to provide the one-on-one attention that dogs and cats crave. If your pet is used to sleeping on a bed at home, they will get that here. If they prefer to hide under a desk and watch the world go by, we let them do that until they feel brave enough to come out.
