Adult Dog Boarding (Standard)
Accommodation
- Private Kennels: Individual enclosures with tiled flooring designed to prevent over stimulation. Not cages.
- Hygiene: Daily deep cleaning routines including scrubbing and hosing down.
- Outdoor Access: Wide corridors with non slip runners leading to secure outdoor areas.
Food & Dining
- Fresh Meals: Customized options including Chicken & Rice, Egg & Rice, or standard kibble.
- Treats: Scheduled treat times included in the daily routine.
Activity
- Play Zones: Multiple sessions in large, fenced natural grass areas.
- Socialization: Group play for friendly dogs or solo play with staff for introverts.
- Engagement: Staff provided brushing and affection.
Operations
- Check-in/Out: Standard hours 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Updates: 2 video updates sent daily via WhatsApp.
Enhanced Care (Puppy, Senior & Medical)
Eligibility
- Target: Puppies not fully vaccinated (under 1 year), geriatric seniors, or pets recovering from surgery.
- Puppy Unit: Dedicated safe space isolated from adult dogs to prevent infection or bullying.
Specialized Care
- Supervision: Round the clock monitoring with a higher staff to pet ratio.
- Mobility Support: Assistance for moving, standing, or walking senior pets, including carrying service.
- Medical: Administration of oral or topical medications as per vet prescriptions.
Feeding & Hygiene
- Frequency: 3 to 4 small meals per day provided for puppies.
- Assistance: Hand feeding support for fussy or frail senior pets.
- Sanitation: Intensive cleaning frequency for potty training puppies or incontinent seniors.
Cat Boarding (Glass Condos)
The Cattery
- Glass Enclosures: Modern private rooms with glass walls to ensure hygiene and sound insulation. No wire mesh contact.
- Enrichment: Multi level shelves and perches inside the condo for climbing.
- Furnishings: Includes bedding, hiding spots, and scratching surfaces.
Care & Routine
- Zone: Located in a strictly separate section to eliminate canine presence and noise.
- Play: Interactive engagement using wand toys and lasers.
- Hygiene: Premium litter provided with frequent scooping.
- Updates: Daily photo and video updates.
About Pet Boarding
When you trust us with your pet, our only promise is to put your furry friend first. We try to make Play feel like their second home, especially for those who take a little time to trust. We don't rush them - sometimes, it takes a few days of just sitting quietly together.
For Doggos: Space, Play, and Comfort
Our kennels aren’t cramped, they’re clean and roomy. Dogs who like their own space can chill without feeling boxed in. Days here mean loads of running around, fetch sessions in big grassy areas, and sometimes just lazing under a tree. We stick to your pup’s food routine, whether it’s home-cooked chicken or regular kibble. Treats and belly rubs? Always on tap.
Cats: Peace and Quiet
Our cattery’s nowhere near the dogs. Each cat gets a glass-fronted, multi-level space with shelves, toys, and soft bedding. We spend time with every cat, but if they’d rather nap, that’s cool too. We’ve had some rescue cats stay almost a year till they felt at home.
Extra TLC for Special Pets
- Puppies stay in our Puppy Unit with round-the-clock care and gentle play.
- Senior pets get extra attention and comfort, no matter their age.
- Anxious or shy animals are given space till they’re ready.
- Injured or recovering pets get a safe, calm spot to heal.
Staying Connected
For long-term pet boarding, we send video updates twice daily so you can see your buddy playing or snoozing. Pets staying for months become like family here - we make sure they’re safe, loved, and honestly happy.

My Story
Hey, we’re Play. Animals rule our world here, always have. We just get super attached, can’t help it. Each dog or cat brings their own drama, fun, and sometimes tears when they leave. We end up knowing all their moods, their weird habits, and honestly, we miss them when they go. We’re not their forever home, but we try to make it the next best thing. That’s what keeps us going.
