We started Pink Box in 2013 with a simple dream and a lot of trial and error. Here is the real story behind our eggless cakes, our mistakes, and why we do things differently.

Here's the truth: sometimes we have to say no to an order. This video explains why we advise against mixing too many themes into one cake. Our goal is to deliver a polished, beautiful cake you'll love, not a messy one.

We used to write "100% Eggless" on everything, but we had to change it. This video explains the FSSAI rule change and our commitment to transparency. Our cakes are still purely eggless, but we believe in being honest about our branding.

It’s not about losing the order; it’s about making sure the cake that arrives at your doorstep is something we’re both proud of, not a Pinterest disaster.

Back in 2013, Pink Box started in Hauz Khas with just my mom and me. We didn't have a fancy 'chef school' origin story, just a lot of hunger to make something sweet and real. Over the last decade, we've expanded across Delhi NCR, from Connaught Place to Vasant Kunj and Gurugram, but our core hasn't changed. We are 100% eggless, but we’re more focused on being 100% transparent. You might have seen our videos about why we had to change our branding to stay compliant with FSSAI rules—we believe you deserve to know exactly what’s happening in the kitchen, not just what looks good on a menu.

Whether it’s our signature Dutch Truffle, a quick bento cake for a last-minute craving, or a multi-tiered wedding cake, we bake it fresh on the day of delivery. We aren't a soulless corporation. We are a team that makes mistakes, acknowledges them, and fixes them. We don't automate the soul out of our baking, and I still personally taste-test every new product.
