About Mind-Body Reset: Sound & Breath
Our 90-minute sessions are intimate, strictly limited to 12 participants to ensure everyone has enough space to fully let go. Led by visiting spiritual mentors like Arpita Bhandari, we use high-density bolsters, yoga props, and acoustic instruments like Tibetan singing bowls to help your nervous system shift from high-alert mode into deep, restorative stillness.
Sound healing is about vibration. Whether it is gongs, chimes, or bowls, these frequencies work with your body to process the stress you are holding onto. We structure these sessions in three distinct phases to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
First, we lead you through 30 minutes of active breathwork. This is where you do the work to clear out mental clutter and prepare your body for silence. The remaining 60 minutes are for lying down, supported by our studio mats and bolsters, allowing the soundscapes to guide you into a meditative state.
You do not need to be a 'spiritual' person to benefit from these workshops; think of this as essential nervous system care in a fast-paced city. We focus on creating a safe, comfortable environment where you can lie down, breathe, and simply be.
Once the session ends, you are encouraged to stay a little longer. Many of our members head straight to our Clean Crave café after a workshop. It is the perfect way to transition back into your day, perhaps with a matcha or cold brew, letting the sense of calm linger before you head back into the Mumbai traffic.
Pilates Academy
We are not a traditional gym, and this is not a typical studio space. We built our Juhu home to give you a place where movement, silence, and good coffee all live under one roof.
