About Our Journey, Shared With You
It started with a vision to bring our unique approach to movement from Dubai to the heart of Juhu, transforming a raw, quiet space into the studio sanctuary we have today. We didn't just build a gym; we created a place where the post-class matcha in our Clean Crave café tastes better because you are catching up with the friends you made during class.
Building Our Space
When we first walked into our location in Juhu, it was just a construction site. We saw past the dust and saw the potential for a place where people could drop the Mumbai chaos at the door. Our goal was simple: create a wellness studio that didn't feel like a sterile gym. We wanted sunlight, mirrors that reflect progress rather than just performance, and a space equipped with the full Pilates system.
More Than Just Reformers
While our Reformer Pilates classes are the heartbeat of the academy, our journey has been defined by the additions that make us a lifestyle destination. From hosting sound healing sessions that focus on nervous system regulation to our community gatherings, we have evolved based on what our members actually want.

We believe in intentional movement, but we also believe in finding your people. Our instructors aren't just here to correct your form; they are here to cheer you on. Whether you are coming in for a private session on the Cadillac or joining a mat class, our community is designed to be inclusive.
