In-Home Posed Newborn Studio
Logistics & Setup
- Traveling Studio: Photographer brings professional beanbag stand, background support, and Godox/Profoto studio lighting to your home.
- Safety Equipment: Includes a portable space heater and fan to keep room temperature at 27-28°C for the baby's safety.
- Time Allocation: Up to 4 hours allowed to account for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes.
Styling & Props
- Fabrics: Hypoallergenic mohair wraps, cheesecloth swaddles, and pastel flokati rugs.
- Accessories: Handmade bonnets, tie-backs, and knitted caps like bear ears.
- Structure: Usage of 1-2 structural props such as woven baskets, wooden crates, or bowls.
Deliverables
- Images: 15-20 fully retouched high-resolution digital images.
- Retouching: High-end magazine style editing to remove baby acne, flaky skin, redness, and jaundice.
- Family: Includes 3-4 shots with parents or siblings alongside the solo baby portraits.
Hybrid Film and Digital Lifestyle Session
The Film Experience
- Analog Gear: Usage of a vintage FED-5 Soviet Rangefinder camera.
- Film Stock: Includes 1 roll of 35mm Black & White or Color film (approx. 36 exposures).
- Processing: Costs for purchasing, developing, and high-res scanning of negatives are included.
Digital Coverage
- Equipment: Continuous shooting on a Sony Alpha mirrorless system for backup and safety shots.
- Style: Strictly candid and unposed. No beanbags, baskets, or artificial lights.
- Location: Performed at home using natural window light or outdoors at locations like Cubbon Park.
Deliverables
- Images: 30-40 edited digital images plus high-res scans of successful film frames.
- Editing: Moody and matte color grading. Skin texture is kept natural rather than airbrushed.
- Styling: Consultation on wardrobe choices to match the vintage film aesthetic.
In-Home Milestone and Cake Smash

- Setups: Choice of themes like Little Krishna, Hot Air Balloon, or Classic Minimalist.
- Backgrounds: Professional seamless paper backdrops or hand-painted canvas.
- Props: Premium wooden trains, ONE marquee light-up letters, teepee tents, and faux florals.
Wardrobe & Styling
- Client Closet: Access to specialized outfits including custom-tailored rompers and dresses imported from Russia.
- Markers: Wooden signage indicating 6-month or 1-year milestones.
The Smash & Splash
- Mess Control: Includes floor protection mats and mess management.
- Bath Session: A galvanized metal tub and baby-safe bubbles provided for post-cake cleanup shots.

Love a good theme? I do special setups for baby’s first Christmas or Janmashtami - think little sleighs, snowy scenes, or your own ‘Little Krishna’.
