About The Champions Factory: Our Youth Competition Team
Competition is not just about the win. Our fighters balance rigorous fight camps with board exams and daily life. You will see the same discipline in our gym sessions that our athletes bring to the cage, whether they are preparing for a local tournament or representing India on an international stage.
Being part of our competition team is not for everyone, and we are honest about that. This path is for the athletes who want to test themselves under pressure. We use our signature 'Constraints-Led Approach' to prepare our youth fighters. Instead of teaching them to be robots, we set up game-like scenarios that force them to solve problems, adapt to their opponent, and stay calm when the pressure is on.
Our team has a clear trajectory. We start with fundamental grappling and striking skills, move into live sparring sessions where 'iron sharpens iron,' and eventually transition into fight camps for tournaments. We have taken our fighters from their first amateur bout at the FMMAI National Championships all the way to the AMMA Asian Youth Championship podiums.
We don't guarantee gold medals, but we guarantee that when your child steps into the cage, they will be ready. They will know how to manage their nerves, execute their game plan, and respect their opponent. If your child has the fire and is willing to put in the work, we have a place for them in our war room.
