About Photography Workshops & Walks
Why I Do This
I see the city differently when I have my camera in hand. Most people miss the magic in everyday nature, and I want to help you spot it. My photo walks are about slowing down, looking closer, and learning to capture those moments.
How My Workshops Work
No boring classroom stuff here. We meet early, usually in the parks, wetlands, or trails around Delhi-NCR. I keep things practical - you’ll learn by doing, not just listening. If you’re into birds or want to try macro photography, you’ll fit right in.
- Bird photography walks: We look for local species, talk about bird behaviour, and practice getting sharp, well-composed shots. Sometimes we get lucky and spot the Kala Teetar or Navrang.
- Macro photography workshop: I’ll show you how to shoot insects, butterflies, and flowers up close. We get into focus stacking, lighting, and how to make tiny things look big.
What You Get From Me
I’m with you the whole time, helping with camera settings, composition, and gear tips (I use Nikon and OM-System, but all cameras are welcome). I’ll push you to really observe, not just click.
Who Should Join
If you love nature and want to learn, you’re good to go. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner or already shooting for a while. Just bring your curiosity.
Why It Matters
For me, photography is about connection and conservation. When you see how beautiful our wildlife is, you start caring about it. That’s what I hope you take away from these nature photo walks in Delhi.

My Story
PGahlot Photography here. You’ll usually find me wandering wild places with my Nikon, chasing everything from tigers to tiny bugs. Macro shots? That’s my jam, especially after the Scarlet Skimmer dragonfly at Sunder Nursery blew my mind. I think nature hides its beauty, just like butterflies can’t see their own wings. I love sharing this magic—so I run free photo walks, mentor folks, and just try to spark that same wonder in others.
My Work
Nature & Wildlife Photography - I shoot wildlife, birds, and macro scenes across India, always chasing real moments.
Wildlife Photography Tours - I lead wildlife photography tours to places like Corbett and Pilibhit for enthusiasts who want the real wild experience.
Birding Photo Walks & Mentoring - I host photo walks in Delhi NCR and Gurugram, helping folks learn gear, technique, and the art of birding photography.
Species Identification & Education - Every photo comes with facts—scientific names, local names like 'kurjaan', and stories to help you know your subject.
