About Wildlife Photography Tours
Why I Do This
Wildlife is my world. I spend most of my time in forests, wetlands, and grasslands, camera in hand, trying to show the beauty that’s all around us but often missed. I want you to see what I see, and maybe even feel a bit of that magic.
What to Expect
- These tours are for anyone who loves wildlife, whether you’re just starting with a camera or you’ve been shooting for years.
- We go where the action is: tiger photography safaris in Rajaji, Corbett, and Ranthambore, birdwatching tours in Sattal and Tal Chappar, and Chambal river boat safari for gharials and turtles.
- Sometimes we get lucky with a tiger crossing, sometimes it’s just the quiet of the jungle and a flash of blue from a kingfisher. No two trips are the same.
Where We Go
- Uttarakhand: Rajaji (elephants, leopards), Corbett (tigers), Sattal (birds)
- Rajasthan: Ranthambore (tigers), Tal Chappar (antelopes), Jhalana (urban leopards)
- Uttar Pradesh & NCR: Pilibhit (tigers, sloth bears), wetlands near Noida & Gurugram (winter water birds)
- Chambal River: Gharials, crocodiles, turtles
How I Work
- I plan everything with local partners who know the land and the animals.
- We chase the best light, wait for the right moment, and respect the wild. Sometimes you get the shot, sometimes you just get a story.
Why It Matters
Every photo is a reminder of what we stand to lose. I hope these Indian jungle photography trips make you care about our wild spaces as much as I do.

My Story
PGahlot Photography here. You’ll usually find me wandering wild places with my Nikon, chasing everything from tigers to tiny bugs. Macro shots? That’s my jam, especially after the Scarlet Skimmer dragonfly at Sunder Nursery blew my mind. I think nature hides its beauty, just like butterflies can’t see their own wings. I love sharing this magic—so I run free photo walks, mentor folks, and just try to spark that same wonder in others.
My Work
Nature & Wildlife Photography - I shoot wildlife, birds, and macro scenes across India, always chasing real moments.
Wildlife Photography Tours - I lead wildlife photography tours to places like Corbett and Pilibhit for enthusiasts who want the real wild experience.
Birding Photo Walks & Mentoring - I host photo walks in Delhi NCR and Gurugram, helping folks learn gear, technique, and the art of birding photography.
Species Identification & Education - Every photo comes with facts—scientific names, local names like 'kurjaan', and stories to help you know your subject.
