About Guided Nature & Biodiversity Walks
Why We Do These Walks
I keep coming back to one simple idea: nature knows best. Apni intelligence hai (it has its own smarts), and whenever we step back and let it be, pretty magical things happen. Our guided nature walks are about seeing this for yourself. We take you through city forests and green patches we’ve actually restored from scratch, showing you what comes alive when humans chill out and let nature handle things.
What Happens On The Walk
- Not your regular hike - it’s slower, more mindful, and honestly, a bit eye-opening.
- I point out how everything’s connected, from soil to the tiniest bug. Urban biodiversity walks aren’t about ticking off “sightings” - it’s about noticing details most folks miss.
- We check out native ped-ved (plants and trees) and look for butterflies, bees, birds, whatever turns up. Sometimes you’ll spot dragonflies with wings that clean themselves - I love sharing those random facts.
Types of Walks
- Butterfly & Dragonfly Walks: Best in butterfly season, with fun stories and close-up views.
- Restoration ecology experiences: Walk through our Delhi and Noida sites, hear about how we brought dead land back to life.
- Nature photography: Bring your phone or camera - trust me, there’s always something pyari (lovely) to shoot.
Who’s It For
- Families, school groups, corporate teams, solo nature geeks - bas, anyone who wants to connect with real nature in the city.
- Our team’s full of conservationists who love chatting, answering questions, and making the science easy to get.
What To Expect
- No formal lectures, just genuine conversation.
- You’ll leave knowing a bit more, and maybe looking at city forests in a whole new way.

My Story
People keep asking why we do this. Simple - nature’s got its own brains, we just gotta trust it. For years, folks tried shaping nature their way, bonsai and all, but really, nature just wants to do its thing. We’re India’s biggest tree planting community now, 24 million trees and counting. It’s not just about numbers, it’s about balance. Kids today, always inside, missing out. Hum future ke liye adults taiyaar kar rahe hain jo is planet se pyaar karenge aur usko protect karenge. (We’re raising future adults who’ll love and protect the planet.) That’s the real deal.
My Work
What We Do - We run ecological restoration, urban forest creation, pollinator garden workshops, nature education for schools, and CSR tree planting drives.
Our Philosophy - Trust nature. Humara kaam hai to help nature, not boss it around. Let nature heal itself.
How Forests Happen - We prep the land, put up fences, fix saplings. Uske baad, we step back. Nature takes over.
Why Grass Matters - Ghaas toh bahut zaroori hai ji zameen ke liye. It’s a carbon sink and saves soil. We manage it, not remove it.
Join Us - This is a movement. Students, families, corporates - sabko welcome hai. Come, get your hands dirty, plant a future.
