About Local Nature Walks
Rediscovering nature in the city is honestly eye-opening. We run local nature walks that help you slow down and actually notice what’s growing, flying, or crawling right around you. You don’t need fancy gear or tons of travel - just a bit of curiosity and maybe a Sunday morning to spare.
What You’ll Experience
- Urban bird watching sessions in city hotspots, from wetlands to hidden parks. We’ll help you spot everything from noisy mynas to unexpected migratory guests, and pick up tricks to ID birds by their calls and antics.
- Guided butterfly walks, especially during Big Butterfly Month, where you’ll see how many species are tucked away in your own backyard. Our guides know their bugs - sometimes they’ve set up entire butterfly parks.
- Delhi city nature trails and Ahmedabad green spaces, where we chat about ancient trees, seasonal blooms, and the critters that depend on them.
- Sometimes we mix things up with nocturnal moth sessions or nature sketching workshops, which are a chill way to get creative outdoors.
Who’s Leading & Who’s Joining
Our team is packed with naturalists - some are conservationists, some have written books, most have spent years outdoors. They keep things casual but know their stuff. Walks are open to anyone: newbies, families, hardcore birders, or just folks who want a break from the usual.
Most walks last about 2 hours on weekend mornings. It’s all pretty laid back, and you’ll leave knowing something new about your own city. Sometimes the best stuff is free, and a lot of our walks are just that.

My Story
We’re a bunch of nature nerds, writers, and wanderers, hooked on wild places. Started out just wanting to show folks how wild Asia really is, not just through binoculars, but in your bones. From tigers in Corbett to rain-soaked Borneo, every trip makes us fight harder for these wild spaces. Conservation isn’t just talk for us—it’s the heart of what we do. Even our city Earth Walks?
