A Tour of Our Pet Boarding Facility
Welcome to our home away from home. We have built a half-acre, cage-free space in Rustam Bagh designed for your pets to run, explore, and relax safely while you are away.
The beautiful Gulmohar trees provide ample shade and a stunning backdrop for our play yard, creating a serene and natural environment.
Even on a rainy day, our covered areas provide shelter. Here, our dogs wait patiently for the rain to pass so they can get back to playing.

About this collection
We aren't a high-rise kennel. Our facility is a half-acre of natural red soil grounds shaded by Gulmohar trees, designed for messy, happy paws. When your dog boards with us, they spend their days off-leash in this outdoor environment rather than sitting in a crate. Just keep in mind that since we play on natural soil, your pet will get dusty and will likely need a rinse before they head home.
Life at PetStepin'
We designed our space to be the polar opposite of a clinical kennel. We believe that for a dog to truly decompress, they need the sights and smells of a natural environment. Our grounds are fully fenced and secure, allowing the pack to run, wrestle, and chase toys under the canopy of our trees. On hotter days, we open the splash pools to keep everyone cool and active.
The Kitty Zone
We know that cats and dogs shouldn't mix, especially when boarding. That is why our Kitty Kabins are located in a completely separate, dog-free zone. It is quiet, calm, and designed specifically to keep feline stress levels low. If your cat has specific routines or feeding quirks, just let us know—we treat their stay as an individual experience.
Safety and Environment
Safety isn't just about fences; it's about the atmosphere. We are very strict about vaccinations for all guests to ensure group play remains safe. We also monitor festival seasons closely. During Diwali and New Year's, we keep the facility calm, quiet, and cozy to prevent noise-related anxiety. When we do celebrate, such as during Holi, we exclusively use natural, pet-safe materials like cornflour and turmeric.
We provide two homemade meals daily, focusing on simple, nutritious ingredients like rice, vegetables, and chicken, because we believe food should be as honest as our care.
PetStepin
We are a team obsessed with wagging tails, zoomies, and the occasional purr. We run this facility like a family, making sure every pup or kitten gets the same love, belly rubs, and supervision they would get in their own home.
