- Tailored Routines: We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We follow the routine your pet is used to at home, from their specific meal timings to their favorite walking spots. This significantly lowers separation anxiety.
- Small Groups, Big Care: We maintain a low pet-to-human ratio. This ensures every guest gets individual playtime, belly rubs, and constant supervision. We also segregate play groups based on energy levels and size so that the zoomies are always safe and fun.
- Expert Cat Care: For our feline friends, we provide a quiet, stress-free space entirely separate from dog guests. We focus on interactive play with feather wands or laser pointers, daily litter box hygiene, and plenty of cozy perches.
- Health and Hygiene: We are proactive about hygiene. Every guest gets regular coat brushing and tick checks. We follow strict 'Tick Safe Tactics' to keep our host homes healthy and happy.
