Open-Air Overnight Dog Boarding
Accommodation & Terrain
- Open Living: No cages. Dogs sleep communally on tiled floors or mattresses in indoor rooms.
- Grounds: Half-acre rustic facility with natural red soil and sand. Expect dogs to get dusty or muddy.
- Cooling: Natural tree shade, corrugated roofing, and splash pools during peak heat.
Food & Hygiene
- Meals: Includes 2 homemade meals daily (boiled rice, vegetables, egg/chicken).
- Cleanliness: Complimentary rinse provided before checkout to wash off facility dust.
Billing Policy
- Charge Structure: Fees apply for both the day of check-in and the day of check-out regardless of drop-off or pick-up time.
Specialized Puppy Boarding (<1 Year)
Intensive Supervision
- Monitoring: High staff-to-dog ratio to manage behavior and prevent ingestion of foreign objects.
- Safety: Kept in contained zones separated from the main high-energy adult pack.
Routine & Care
- Feeding: Accommodates frequent feeding schedules (3-4 times daily) as per growth requirements.
- Training: Basic reinforcement of toilet habits and controlled socialization with calm adult dogs.

Cat Boarding (Private Cabin)
Housing
- Unit Type: Individual wire enclosures or large crates (Kitty Kabins) with soft bedding.
- Environment: Located in a separate area to minimize noise stress from the dog zone.
Essentials
- Diet: Standard commercial dry or wet food included.
- Hygiene: Daily litter scooping and tray cleaning provided.
- Activity: Supervised individual time outside the cabin for stretching or cuddling.
Full-Day Social Daycare (9 AM - 5 PM)
Timing & Access
- Duration: Covers standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Strict Timings: Gates close promptly for breaks; adherence to drop-off/pick-up windows is required.
Activity & Rest
- Environment: Continuous off-leash interaction in a natural dirt/sand arena.
- Downtime: Mandatory supervised rest periods in shaded or tiled areas to prevent exhaustion.
- Care: Constant fresh water access and administration of light lunch if provided by owner.

Why We Do This
This is honestly our happy place. I don't think of it as just a job - it's more like running a madhouse full of wagging tails and sleepy purrs. Pets are family here, and we make sure they feel that every day.
A Typical Day for the Dogs
Our dog play area with supervision is where the fun explodes. Mornings are for zoomies outdoors under shady trees, wrestling with new buddies, and chasing after whatever toy is flying around. On those days when the sun is too much, we roll out the pool and let the splash party begin. Afternoons are slower - that's nap and cuddle time, indoors or in a cool shady patch. Someone from our team is always around for a belly rub or a quick chat with the pups.
Cats Get Their Own Zone
We don't lump cats and dogs together. Cat boarding separate from dogs is a strict rule here, so our Kitty Kabins are calm, quiet, and far from any barking. If your cat's got quirks or routines, just tell us. Trust me, the more we know, the smoother their stay.
Little Extras
Safe pet holiday care is something we take seriously. During fireworks or festivals, we keep things quiet and cozy. For Holi, we only use natural, pet-friendly colours (cornflour, turmeric, beetroot - nothing harsh).
How It All Works
Every pet needs up-to-date vaccinations, and for group play, friendliness is a must. We just want everyone to go home happy and tired.

My Story
Holi hai! Welcome to PetStepin’ Pack. This place, it’s pure madness and love. Started out just wanting to hang with animals, now it’s a whole family. Every day, we’re in the middle of wagging tails and zoomies, sometimes even patching up an injured pup with the help of everyone here. Festivals? We go all out - make our own pet-safe Holi colours so nobody gets hurt. PetStepin is happiness, for humans and furballs, no matter what.
