About A Day at the Spa
When you bring your pet to our Gurgaon studio, we don't rush the process. We start with a patient introduction to help them settle, using gentle, breed-specific shampoos like Tropiclean to keep their skin healthy. Whether it's a nervous rescue or a playful pup, we go slow to ensure the bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning are stress-free experiences rather than a chore.
Our Process: More Than Just a Wash
We know that for many pets, the grooming table can be intimidating. That is why our approach is rooted in patience rather than speed. We believe that if you cannot treat an animal with kindness, you should not be working with them at all—a philosophy that guides every appointment at our spa.
What to Expect During a Session
- The Calm Down: We start by assessing your pet's mood. If they are anxious, we take extra time to calm them down before even turning on the water.
- The Bath: We use high-quality, gentle shampoos (like Tropiclean) that suit your pet's specific coat type, ensuring we remove all dirt without drying out their skin. For pets prone to ticks, we switch to specialized treatment shampoos.
- The Drying: We use high-velocity blow dryers on the lowest heat setting to blast out dead undercoat. This is crucial for breeds like Golden Retrievers to prevent matting and overheating.
- The Details: Nails are trimmed and filed, ears are cleaned with a gentle solution, and we perform a sanitary trim around the paws and rear. This keeps them clean and comfortable, especially during the monsoon or hot Gurgaon summers.
