- Brushing: Thorough comb-out to remove minor tangles (severe dematting charged extra).
Detailed Hygiene
- Sanitary Trim: Clipping hair around private areas for hygiene.
- Paw Care: Shaving hair between pads for grip and trimming nails to safe length.
- Ear Cleaning: Wax removal using solution; hair plucking if breed-required.
- Anal Gland Cleaning: Expression done upon request or requirement.
- Finishing: Visual tick check and pet-safe cologne spritz.
Deep Clean Bath - Large & XL Breeds
Heavy-Duty Cleaning
- Deep Cleansing Bath: Vigorous scrubbing for thick double coats using grime-busting shampoo.
- Coat Conditioning: Softens coarse guard hairs and manages static.
- High-Velocity Deshedding: Extended blow-drying specifically to blast out dead undercoat and loose hair.

- Nail Clipping: Cutting thick nails and filing sharp edges.
- Ear Maintenance: Deep cleaning of ear canals to prevent yeast buildup.
- Paw Trimming: Trimming long hair around paws for better grip.
- Sanitary Trim: Hygiene clipping around the rear.
- Note: Medicated baths for skin issues or specific tick treatments may attract additional charges.
Full Haircut & Styling - All Breeds
Haircut & Styling
- Consultation: Pre-session discussion on desired look (Summer Cut, Puppy Cut, or Teddy Bear Cut).
- Full Body Cut: Machine cut for uniform length or specific summer styles.
- Scissoring: Hand-scissoring on face, legs, and tail for a fluffy finish.
- Face Shaping: Specialized trimming around eyes and muzzle for clear vision.
Spa Bath Essentials
- Premium Wash: Breed-specific shampoo (Volume or Silky formula) followed by blow-dry fluff.
- Complete Hygiene: Includes nail clipping, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, paw pad shaving, and anal gland cleaning.
Important Condition
- Matting Policy: Price covers well-maintained coats. Significant matting requiring dematting or a 'Zero Cut' (shaving) incurs extra charges.

Why We Do What We Do
Love is at the core of everything at Pet O Spa. I genuinely believe every pet deserves to be pampered and treated with respect - jo khana nahi de sakte, maarna bhi nahi chahiye (if you can’t feed them, don’t harm them). That’s what drives me to make every dog and cat that walks in feel special.

I don’t just wash pets and send them home. Here’s what goes down:
- Bath & blow dry with gentle or tick-fighting shampoos, depending on what your pet actually needs
- Pet hair styling - trims, cuts, and full-on makeovers (and yes, we’ve done crazy transformations for Shih Tzus)
- Dog nail trimming service and paw clean-up, especially for those muddy days
- Ear cleaning and teeth brushing for the pets who need the extra TLC
- Tick and flea treatment for pets, since nobody likes those nasty bugs

Big, small, extra-fluffy or super sleek - I handle dogs and cats of all breeds. Persian cats, Golden Retrievers, Poms, you name it.
A Bit More If Needed
Some pets need special care - medicated shampoos for sensitive skin, gland cleaning, or seasonal things like summer cuts and monsoon paw care. I’m all for adjusting to what your pet actually needs.

My Story
We’re just a bunch of pet lovers, honestly. EAT SLEEP CUDDLE REPEAT – that’s us. Animals give a kind of selfless love, yaar, no human can match. That Hindi line – 'Roti dene ki aukat na ho to mara bhi mat karo...bina jholi ke fakir hai ye...' – it sticks with us. We started Pet O Spa to be more than a grooming shop. We wanted a safe, happy spot in Gurgaon for pets and their humans. Seeing a pet walk out looking all cute, tail wagging, that’s our reward.
