When you bring your pet to our Galleria Market location, we don't just 'wash and go.' We follow a structured, stress-free routine designed to make your pet comfortable, regardless of their size or breed.
1. The Welcome & Assessment Every session starts with a quick check. We look at coat condition, skin health, and check if there are any specific needs—like an anxious dog who needs extra belly rubs or a cat that requires gentle, no-sedation handling.
2. The Bathing Ritual We use professional-grade shampoos (like our favorite Basil range) suited to your pet’s coat type. Whether it’s a volumizing wash for a fluffy Pomeranian or a de-greasing bath for a cat, we ensure every bit of dirt is gone. We use warm water and a gentle massage to relax muscles, which usually calms down even the most nervous pets.
3. Drying & De-shedding For heavy-coated breeds like Huskies or Goldens, the blow-dry is the most important part. We use high-velocity, safe dryers to remove the dead undercoat and prevent matting. We don’t rush this, ensuring your pet is fully dry, which is critical for skin health.
4. The Finishing Touches This is where the styling happens. We offer breed-specific scissor cuts, sanitary trims, and nail filing. We also handle ear cleaning and teeth brushing as standard parts of our wellness-focused grooming sessions.
