- Space: Individual crate or dedicated playpen within temperature-controlled (AC) shop premises.
- Security: 24/7 CCTV surveillance with secured entry points strictly for small breeds.
- Hygiene: Fresh bedding changed daily with usage of pet-safe disinfectants and complimentary tick checks.
🍲 Food & Activity
- Meals: Includes two standard meals (Premium dry kibble) or service of owner-provided home-cooked food.
- Walks: Two outdoor relief walks (Morning and Evening) around South City-1 (approx. 15-20 mins each).
- Socialization: Supervised playtime during shop hours with staff and size-matched boarders.
📱 Updates
- Reporting: 2-3 WhatsApp photo or video updates daily covering feeding and activity.
- Emergency: Basic first aid on-site with transport protocols for nearby vet clinics.
Day Care (10 AM - 8 PM)

- Timing: Coverage for up to 10 hours during store operational timing (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
- Environment: Fully air-conditioned commercial shop zone with constant staff monitoring.
- Rest: Dedicated quiet corners provided for afternoon naps to prevent over-stimulation.
🦴 Care Routine
- Potty Break: One afternoon relief walk outside the shop premises.
- Feeding: Staff serves lunch or snacks (food provided by owner or purchased from in-store inventory).
- Check-in: Physical check upon drop-off for ticks or lethargy.

Our place is simple and warm - clean rooms, good lighting, lots of cuddles. All the basics are sorted, and we do our best to make it stress-free. If your pet is shy or gets anxious, we’re pretty good at spotting it and helping them settle in.

We’ve added some extras: our grooming salon and pet shop are inside, so if your pup or kitty needs a bath or you forgot their treats, we’ve got it covered. We really pay attention to their mood, food, and play needs. We’re pet parents ourselves, so we get the tension you feel.

My Story
We’re just a bunch of pet lovers, honestly. EAT SLEEP CUDDLE REPEAT – that’s us. Animals give a kind of selfless love, yaar, no human can match. That Hindi line – 'Roti dene ki aukat na ho to mara bhi mat karo...bina jholi ke fakir hai ye...' – it sticks with us. We started Pet O Spa to be more than a grooming shop. We wanted a safe, happy spot in Gurgaon for pets and their humans. Seeing a pet walk out looking all cute, tail wagging, that’s our reward.
