Haldi & Mehendi Decor Package
Theme & Backdrop
- Main Backdrop: 8x8 ft or 10x10 ft decorated backdrop for couple seating. Styles include 'Sunkissed Yellow' (Marigold strings), 'Boho Chic' (Macrame & pampas), or printed floral flex.
- Couple Seating: Decorated Swing (Jhula) or two-seater sofa with floral bouquets and thematic cushions.
- Ceiling Treatment: Colorful tent-style fabric draping or hanging tassels covering up to 400 sq ft.
Floral & Props
- Floral Composition: Volume created using 70% Marigold (Genda) and 30% exotic flowers (orchids/roses) at specific touch-points.
- Photo Corner: 1 dedicated photobooth area featuring props like a decorated bicycle, rickshaw, or framed signage.
- Signage: Welcome board on easel stand and 2-3 witty quote boards.
Furniture & Layout
- Guest Seating: Options of 15-20 sets of lounge-style low seating (Gaddas) with bolsters or 40-50 Tiffany/Chiavari chairs.
- Material: Standard rental fabrics (satin/polyester) with clean catalogue designs.
Props & Detailing
- Table Decor: Small floral centerpieces or mason jars for guest tables.
- Traditional Elements: Brass urlis with flower petals placed at the entrance or near seating.
Sangeet & Cocktail Night Decor
Entrance & Walkway
- Grand Entrance: 20-30ft long illuminated walkway featuring fairy light tunnels, floral arches with chandeliers, or geometric neon structures.
- Flooring: Plush red carpet laid for the entrance walkway.
Stage & Backdrop
- Performance Stage: Decor for a standard 24x16 ft stage featuring fabric backdrops with sequins, hanging floral strings, or neon signage frames.
- Effect Lighting: Truss setup including moving head lights, par cans, and smoke machine for dance performances.
Bar & Lounge
- Bar Setup: 1 decorated bar counter (approx 12ft) with thematic frontage (wooden rustic, acrylic lit, or floral pasted).
- Lounge Area: 2-3 clustered seating spots with chesterfield sofas or couches.
Table & Ambient Decor
- Centerpieces: Tall glass vases with artificial floral arrangements or candelabras for up to 20 guest tables.
- Mood Lighting: Ambient uplighters (wash lights) around the perimeter to color-wash drapes and walls.
Main Wedding & Reception Decor
The Mandap (Ceremonial Altar)
- Structure: 4-Pillar or 6-Pillar structure (10x10 ft or 12x12 ft) in 'Traditional Red & Gold' or 'Pastel Floral Dome' styles.
- Floral Work: Strategic mix of high-quality artificial silk flowers for volume (heights) and fresh flowers (Roses, Tuberoses) at eye-level.
- Seating: 2 Royal Chairs (Gaddis), 4 Havan Kund chairs, and carpeted flooring.
Grand Entrance & Aisle
- Archway: Thematic grand entrance gate using fiber molding or heavy floral arches to resemble palace doors.
- The Aisle: Elevated walkway or defined path with pedestal lamps and flower pots on both sides.
Reception Stage
- Stage Decor: Grand backdrop (30-40 ft wide) with multi-layer draping, floral panels, and chandeliers.
- Furniture: Luxe 3-seater wedding couch for the couple and side seating for parents.
- Special Effects: Cold pyro (sparklers) entry for the Varmala moment (4-6 shots).
General Aesthetics
- Dining Area: Dressed buffet counters with frills/runners and round table decor with premium linen.
- Lighting: General area illumination masked by decor, plus decorative chandeliers in the main tent area.

Planning shaadi (wedding) decor can get crazy, but that’s where we step in. I want your wedding to look and feel like it’s truly yours, not just another copy-paste setup. Our in-house team manages everything, so you don’t have to juggle a million vendors or stress about small stuff slipping through.
What We Actually Do
- We kick things off with a chat about your vibe - whether you want a royal palace wedding theme, a beachside chillout, or something totally hatke (different).
- Every function gets its own look. Haldi is always playful and bright, Mehendi can go full-on carnival or stay super simple, Sangeet and Cocktail nights get all the glam and glitter, and your main wedding plus reception ties it all together.
- Our mandaps are kinda our signature. From floral mandap designs that feel like walking into a fresh garden, to clean, modern setups - we’ve done both and everything in between.
- I get that everyone wants their wedding to pop on Insta. So yeah, we put a lot of thought into those photobooths and chill zones.
- Details matter - from magical lighting to the last flower petal.
