Vibrant Haldi & Mehendi Decor
Theme & Draping
- Canopy Setup: Open-air or tent-style draping using bright color combinations (Yellow/Pink/Orange) suitable for 50-100 guests.
- Backdrop: 8x10ft Photobooth backdrop featuring tassel hangings, kites, or floral mesh.
- Couple Area: Traditional Swing (Jhoola) or ceremonial Urli setup decorated with loose petals.
Props & Decor
- Signature Prop: One large interactive element (Painted 'Horn OK Please' truck cutout, decorated bicycle, or large frame).
- Hanging Elements: Painted kettles, kaleeras, and puppets suspended from trees or ceilings.
- Signage: Floral-bordered easel board welcoming guests.
Florals & Seating
- Floral Work: High density of Marigold strings (Genda) and Mango leaves; local seasonal flowers only.
- Guest Seating: Up to 30 Chiavari-look chairs or low-seating arrangements with colorful cushions.

Traditional Temple-Style Mandap
The Mandap Structure
- Main Setup: 10x12ft Grand Mandap featuring fiber-molded pillars with a Gold or Antique Copper finish to resemble temple carvings.
- Floral Header: Top border arrangement using a mix of artificial base flowers for volume and fresh Tuberose/Jasmine for fragrance.
- Ritual Stage: 2 Bridal chairs/sofas, 2 parent chairs, and dedicated Havan Kund space.
Entrance & Walkway
- Welcome Area: Fiber-carved archway or heavy floral arch at the hall entrance with Ganesha idol placement.
- Aisle: 6-8 floral pedestals lining the walkway leading to the stage.
- Flooring: Red or beige carpet running from the entrance to the stage.
Lighting & Furniture
- Illumination: Stage wash lighting (Par Cans) to brighten the mandap for photography.
- Seating: 100 standard banquet chairs (venue provided) or up to 50 Gold Chiavari chairs for family.

Your WhatsApp group has just one admin - me. So whether you want that jaw-dropping modern mandap design or something super traditional, I’ll translate your vision into reality.
