Haldi & Mehendi Decor Package
Concept & Layout
- Theme: Custom mood boards (e.g., Rustic Countryside, Pondicherry Vibes, Purple Hues) tailored to the couple.
- Planning: Layout design optimized for home gardens or small banquet halls (50-100 pax).
Backdrop & Staging
- Structure: 8ft x 10ft backdrop featuring georgette or cotton draping in vibrant colors.
- Florals: Volume-focused design using local fresh flowers (Marigold strings, Tuberoses) and heavy foliage/creepers.
- Couple Seating: One specialized seat choice: Decorated traditional Swing (Jhoola), Brass Urli, or Peacock chair.
Props & Signage
- Traditional Decor: Rental and styling of 4-6 large Brass Urlis or Earthen Pots with petals.
- Welcome Display: One personalized easel board or neon signage script.
- Activity Station: Setup for guest favors or floral accessories.
Lighting
- Setup: 10-15 LED Par cans for backdrop wash and 2-3 strings of fairy lights.
Grand Wedding Mandap & Aisle Decor
Mandap Structure
- Dimensions: 10ft x 10ft 4-pillar structure (options: wooden rustic, gold fiber, or draped canopy).
- Draping: Premium Chiffon or Scuba fabric in pastel or traditional hues.
- Florals: Heavy top border/header using Roses, Carnations, minimal Hydrangeas, and fillers. Includes hanging jasmine/mogra tassels.
- Seating: Two high-back chairs or traditional Peethams plus Havankund setup assistance.
Aisle & Guest Styling
- Walkway: 6 to 8 floral pedestals or floor arrangements lining the path.
- Carpet: Color-coordinated aisle carpet (Red, White, or printed vinyl).
- Chairs: Styling overlays (sashes or theme notes) for up to 100 guest chairs.
Entrance & Lighting
- Archway: 10ft wide entrance structure with floral runners and matching drapes.
- Signage: Custom welcome board with floral cluster.
- Illumination: Crystal or Floral chandeliers suspended inside the Mandap; general area wash lighting for photography.
