About Engagement & Reception Stages
For a stage that actually holds up, I prioritize sturdy structures and lighting that won't wash out your outfit. Whether you are going for a minimal neon-sign look or a grand floral arch, I make sure the backdrop and seating are set exactly as we planned, without any last-minute panic or drama.
Staging is the main highlight of any reception or engagement. People spend hours looking at that backdrop during the ceremony, so it needs to be solid. I don't believe in just throwing up some fabric and calling it a day. My team and I focus on the technical side of the setup: structural stability for the backdrop, clean draping that doesn't look messy, and lighting that works for your photographer.

- The Structure: Every stage setup starts with a secure frame. Whether it is an outdoor reception or an indoor banquet, I ensure the structure can hold the weight of the floral headers and heavy decorative elements.
- The Lighting: I use LED par cans and strategic spotlights. You don't want a stage that looks flat in photos. I position lights to create depth, ensuring the 'Better Together' neon signs or the floral accents pop without creating weird shadows on your faces.
- Custom Elements: You have a vision, I have the materials. From royal gold sofas to pastel satin drapes or a simple greenery wall, I can customize the seating and backdrop to match your event theme.
