When I handle a romantic setup, I use fresh rose petals and proper lighting, not cheap artificial alternatives. I typically need 3 to 4 hours of access to the room or terrace to get the balloons, floral arch, and candles perfectly arranged. You just need to keep your partner busy while I handle the rest.
How I Make It Special
I treat every romantic setup like a live performance. If you have a specific idea, tell me. If not, I have a few standard themes that always work. My focus is on two things: the visual impact and the atmosphere.
What I bring to the table:
- Fresh Floral Work: I use fresh red roses for heart shapes, walkway trails, and canopy decorations. I don't use plastic substitutes that look tacky.
- Lighting & Neon: Fairy lights, LED candles, and custom neon signs (like 'Happy Anniversary' or 'Better Together') create that soft, romantic glow you see in the photos.
- Complete Styling: I handle the balloons, the bed setup, the aisle decor, and the background props. I even do car decorations if you are planning a grand entrance or exit.
Practical Details
- Access: For room makeovers, I usually need the space empty for a few hours before your planned surprise time.
- Customization: Want a specific colour palette for balloons or flowers? Let me know in advance. I can match the setup to your partner's favourite colours.
- Setup: I carry all the equipment, including the structures for arches and the lighting rigs. You don't need to arrange anything.
