We use modular pipe or truss frame systems that can be assembled in 60 to 90 minutes, ensuring your venue is ready without requiring a multi-day installation process.
For an engagement or reception, the stage is the focal point of the room. We specialize in creating high-impact backdrops that look professional in photos but remain budget-conscious.
Our Stage Setup Options
We offer different levels of decor depending on your venue size and preferences:
- Intimate Home Stages: Perfect for house parties or terraces. These setups typically use an 8x8ft backdrop with high-density artificial marigold garlands or drapes, paired with a two-seater sofa or diwan. It creates a defined area for photos without overwhelming a smaller room.
- Hall & Reception Decor: For larger spaces, we use 10x8ft truss structures. These setups feature premium wrinkle-free fabrics and dense artificial English floral runners. We include color-washing LED Par lights to set the mood, ensuring the stage stands out even in a brightly lit banquet hall.
- Customization: We don't just provide standard designs. We can add personalized laser-cut name boards, neon signs, or specific color palettes—ranging from classic white and pink to more modern blues and golds—to match your event theme.
