Office Milestone & Balloon Decor Setup
Entrance & Focal Point
- Balloon Arch: One standard 8x8 ft spiral balloon arch using metallic or matte latex balloons (2 colors to match branding) on a freestanding PVC frame.
- Welcome Standee: One 2x5 ft flex-printed standee mounted on a wooden easel. Includes printing of client-provided design (e.g., Anniversary or Launch).
Floor Decor
- Balloon Pillars: Two 4ft balloon pillars flanking the standee or cake table.
- Loose Clusters: 10-15 bunches of balloons (3 per bunch) attached to glass walls or pillars using foam tape.
- Ribbons: Curled ribbons attached to all floating or hanging balloons.
Logistics
- Installation: Setup completed within 2 hours. Includes cleanup of balloon waste post-setup.
Festive Office Decor: Reception & Lobby
Entrance & Reception Area
- Main Door Arch: Traditional Marigold garland (double density) or Tricolor fabric bunting/balloon arch for national holidays.
- Reception Backdrop: Hand-pleated Polyester Satin fabric draping behind the reception desk in festive colors (Orange/Yellow/Red) or Tricolor.
- Floor Art: One 4x4 ft traditional Rangoli using flower petals or colored powder placed centrally.

- Ceiling Draping: Scalloped fabric draping (tent style) secured to false ceiling grids in the central lobby.

- Bay Decor: Clusters of 3 air-filled balloons placed at the end of bay rows or pillars (Total up to 50 bunches included).
