When we plan your stage, we do not just put up drapes. I personally focus on the lighting and floral density to make sure your photos look professional without needing heavy photo editing. Whether you prefer a clean, minimal backdrop or a dense floral wall, we adjust our setup time to ensure everything is fixed perfectly before your first guest arrives.
Your engagement or reception is the main highlight of the day, and the stage is where all eyes will be. My approach is simple: I balance traditional elements with modern aesthetic demands. For receptions, I often work with sequin walls or clean white drapes paired with industrial warm-white bulbs, which give a sophisticated glow that looks great in candid photography. If you have a specific color theme for your bridal outfit, tell me in advance so I can match the floral arrangements or the fabric sashes accordingly.
What goes into your stage:
- Floral & Lighting: I use a mix of high-quality artificial flowers and real marigolds depending on your preference. To lift the mood, I use LED Par lights that change the ambiance as the evening transitions into the night.
- Structure: Whether it is a grand 8x8ft backdrop or a cozy mandap setup, I ensure the structural integrity is solid. We do not use weak frames; we use durable iron or pipe-and-drape systems.
- Customization: If you have seen a specific mandap design or reception stage on Instagram, show me. I do not believe in rigid templates. We can mix and match props, neon signs, and floor decor to fit your venue dimensions.
