Designing a home inspired by South Indian heritage is an exercise in proportion and material selection. Integrating Traditional Aesthetics

We focus on authentic architectural detailing, incorporating:

• Sloped Terracotta Roofs: We ensure proper insulation and drainage systems are integrated beneath the traditional tile finish, preventing leaks while maintaining the classic look.
• Carved Pillars (Thaen Kudirai): These are positioned not just for visual impact, but as structural supports, carefully integrated into the layout to enhance the space rather than clutter it.
• Open Verandas: We design these as transitional spaces that provide natural ventilation, crucial for the Bengaluru climate, while serving as a functional extension of the living area.
