Design & Technical Blueprint Package
Visual & Conceptual Design
- 2D Spatial Planning: Detailed floor plans for all levels covering Vastu compliance, ventilation, and furniture layout.
- 3D Visualization: 2 photorealistic exterior views (Day & Night settings) plus a graphical walkthrough video for building massing.
Technical Deliverables
- Structural Package: Excavation marking, footing details, column positioning, plinth beams, and roof slab reinforcement.
- Civil Drawings: Dimensioned plans for brickwork, lintel levels, door/window schedules, and staircase detailing.
- Basic MEP: Electrical looping diagrams with switchboard positions and plumbing pipe layouts for water supply/drainage.
Documentation
- Sanction Drawings: Format-ready drawings for local municipal approval (submission fees excluded).
- Deliverables: One set of A3 physical blueprints and digital PDF files.
Turnkey Design & Supervision Package
Design Base
- Inclusions: Contains all architectural and technical drawings listed in the Design & Technical Blueprint Package.
Site Supervision (5 Visits)
- Milestone Inspections: Planned visits for Site Marking (footprint verification), Foundation/Plinth check, Roof Slab Casting (steel reinforcement check), Brickwork alignment, and Final Finishing handover.
- Remote Support: Virtual coordination with the site contractor to clarify drawing details during construction.
Material Consultancy
- Selection Visits: 3 accompanied trips to showrooms for selecting flooring, sanitary ware, and exterior cladding.
- Specifications: Detailed guidance on facade materials (HPL, stone, etc.) and window/door profiles (UPVC/Aluminium).
Advanced Detailing
- Custom Elements: Drawings for compound walls, gate designs, and pergolas.
- Flooring: Detailed tiling layouts to align grout lines and minimize wastage.

You get walkthroughs, different lighting, even how the garden looks. Once you’re happy, we keep visiting the site. Sometimes, things don’t go as planned, but we’re there to sort it out and keep the design sharp.
