- Planters: 5 units of medium-sized (8-10 inch) natural Terracotta or clay pots with matching drainage saucers.
- Plants: 5 organic edible plants such as Holy Basil (Tulsi), Mint (Pudina), Indian Borage (Ajwain), Curry Leaf, or Lemongrass.
- Growth Medium: Pots pre-filled with nutrient-rich, organic soil mix fortified with vermicompost.
- Tools: 1 basic gardening tool kit (trowel/hand fork) and a small watering can.
- Care Inputs: Starter pack of organic bio-fertilizer.
Soft Inclusions
- Selection: Plants chosen specifically for window or balcony light conditions.
- Care Guide: Access to specific watering and sunlight instructions.
Balcony Kitchen Garden Setup
Hard Inclusions
- Vertical Infrastructure: 1 custom-fabricated metal stand (powder-coated mild steel) to maximize vertical growing space.
- Planters: 3-4 large Terracotta/Clay pots (12-14 inch), 4-6 metal/plastic railing planters, and rectangular trough planters.
- Plants: Approximately 15-20 mature plants including edibles (Tomato, Brinjal), aromatics (Rosemary), and pollinators.
- Soil: Approximately 150kg of premium organic potting mix tailored for edibles.
- Irrigation: Basic drip irrigation setup connected to the balcony tap.
Soft Inclusions
- Design: Site visit to assess sunlight patterns and creation of a layout plan.
- Installation: Professional setup by the gardening team including cleanup.
- Advisory: Seasonal crop rotation advice.

- Structures: Heavy-duty trellis or pergolas for climbers like Bottle Gourd or Passion Fruit.
- Automation: Fully automated drip irrigation system with battery-operated timers.
- Soil: High-volume lightweight soil mix with extra perlite/cocopeat to manage terrace load.
- Composting: Installation of a large-capacity home composting unit.
Soft Inclusions
- Assessment: Basic structural load check for weight management.
- Ecosystem: Companion planting strategy to create a self-sustaining ecosystem.
