Cafe and Hospitality Interior Design
Turn your cafe into a space guests never want to leave. We combine biophilic design and layered lighting to create an atmosphere that keeps them coming back.
A glimpse into the transformation of 'Utsav', a cafe project. I used a mix of elements, from beautifully arranged plant shelves to an array of woven bamboo light fixtures, to create a warm and charming ambiance.
Here's a behind-the-scenes look at a cafe and yoga studio project under construction. I'm brewing up something special, turning this raw space into a green escape for coffee lovers and wellness seekers.
This is a view of a cafe interior I designed. The combination of natural wood furniture, rattan chairs, and clusters of hanging woven lamps creates a warm, earthy, and inviting experience for diners.
The reception desk of a commercial space, where first impressions matter. I designed this custom desk with a curved wooden slat front and added a tall, backlit shelving unit filled with plants to create a striking, modern look.
This long hallway in a commercial establishment is made interesting with design. I used large planters as dividers, a patterned floor runner to guide the eye, and warm lighting to create a journey rather than just a passage.
Creating a getaway right at home, or in this case, in a commercial space. The warm, ambient lighting from the wicker lamps and the lush greenery in the planters work together to soothe the soul and refresh the mind.
How much lighting is too much? In this cafe design, I believe there's no such thing. The layered lighting from dozens of hanging wicker fixtures creates a dramatic, cozy, and unforgettable atmosphere.
About this collection
We don’t just add a few potted plants. Our approach to cafe design starts with understanding your footfall and lighting conditions. We design custom planters that serve as natural dividers to create private zones, and we use specific greenery that thrives in your cafe’s exact light levels, ensuring the space stays lush without constant fuss.
When we design for hospitality, we look at the flow. A cafe needs to be cozy yet functional. We use custom fabricated troughs as dividers to create privacy between tables without blocking the room. These aren't just planters; they are designed with internal FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) lining so they won't damage your floors.
Lighting is the other half of the magic. We love using rattan and bamboo fixtures to cast warm, dappled shadows that make the plants pop and keep the mood relaxed. It is all about creating that 'sukun ke lamhe' (moment of peace) for your customers.
For larger areas, we integrate vertical gardens that act as natural air purifiers, making the indoor air feel fresh—a huge plus for any wellness-focused cafe. Our team handles everything from the structural framing—using rust-proof aluminum for longevity—to the automated irrigation systems hidden right inside the foliage.
If you are worried about maintenance, we have you covered. We select hardy plants that handle AC environments well and build easy-access drainage. You focus on the menu, and we will make sure the vibe brings them through the door.

We’re the team at Paudha. We don’t think a cafe should feel like a sterile commercial zone; we think it should feel like a place where you can actually breathe. We specialize in turning blank walls and empty corners into green escapes that your customers will want to photograph and return to.
