Home Satsang & Guru Ji Decor Setup
Divine Gaddi (Seat) Setup
- Structure: Decoration of single-seater sofa or floor arrangement (client provides sofa).
- Fabrics: Draping with high-gloss satin or shimmer net in Pink, Magenta, or White.
- Props: Includes religious cushions embroidered with 'Om' or 'Ek Onkar'.
- Portrait Decor: Dense border for Guru's photo using fresh Red Roses and Gypsophila (Baby's Breath).
Floral & Canopy Work
- Overhead: 40-50 hanging strings of fresh Rajnigandha (Tuberose) with rose buds or crystal beads.
- Charan Vandana: Velvet stool for footwear completely submerged in loose rose petals.
- Floor: Semi-circle or border floral rangoli using Marigold and Rose petals.
Lighting
- Fixtures: 2 LED PAR cans for Pink/Purple color wash and warm white fairy lights interwoven in drapes.
Themed Banquet Hall Decor (Shiva or Krishna)
Thematic Stage (20ft Width)
- Backdrop: Large-scale HD Flex print on truss frame (Themes: Kailash Parbat or Pichwai Art).
- 3D Props: Life-size fiber/foam cutouts including Nandi & Shiva Lingam (Mahadev theme) or Cows & Peacocks (Krishna theme).
- Feature Prop: Signature 3D Peacock with tail made of orchids (mix of artificial and fresh) and ferns.
Floral & Entrance
- Composition: Strategic mix of 60% artificial silk flowers for volume and 40% fresh roses/carnations for touch points.
- Gate: Welcome arch with marigold garlands, hanging brass bells, and fabric draping.
- Walkway: Red carpet aisle with flower petal borders leading to the stage.
Lighting & Novelty
- Illumination: 6-8 LED PAR cans and 2 Moving Head lights for Blue/Purple color washing.
- Novelty Element: Includes one themed element like a miniature truck prop or decorative Prasad cart.
Traditional Floral Mandap & Temple Setup
Mandap Structure (10x10 ft)
- Pillars: 4-post structure fully wrapped in fabric and spiraling fresh florals (Marigold, Roses, Green fillers).
- Ceiling: Fabric canopy in Pink/Peach with hanging Rajnigandha strings or gold-painted decorative bells.
- Seating: 2 Traditional Haveli-style chairs and 2 low stools (Patlas) for the ceremony.
Venue Detailing
- Entrance: Matching floral archway with fabric drapes and hanging bells.
- Pathways: Dense covering of venue steps with loose Marigold petals and floral bunches on railings.
- Signage: 2-3 easel boards for wedding welcome or tribute messages.
Lighting
- Setup: Halogen floodlights for main visibility and 4 LED uplighters specifically for the floral pillars.
