About Event Management & Execution
Running a successful tournament requires more than just boards. I ensure every match follows strict FIDE regulations, from Swiss system pairings to equipment setup and anti-cheating protocols. My process covers the complete lifecycle of your event, including scheduling, prize management, and participant catering.
Whether you are planning a local rapid tournament for a school or a large-scale FIDE-rated championship, I bring the same level of professional rigor to the table. My academy is officially affiliated with the United Karnataka Chess Association (UKCA), which means every event I oversee meets the standards required for official ratings and state-level recognition.
I manage the technical complexities that often cause delays. This includes the Swiss League pairing system, accurate time control enforcement, and scheduling to ensure no confusion for parents or players. My team provides the necessary infrastructure, including DGT digital clocks and standard weighted chess sets.
Beyond the technical aspects, I handle the operational logistics. This includes arranging catering for players and guardians, managing age-category prize structures, and preparing official participation certificates. For FIDE-rated events, I act as the Arbiter to ensure strict compliance with anti-cheating rules and AICF protocols. My experience at the 44th FIDE Chess Olympiad in Chennai allows me to maintain a professional standard that players and associations expect.
If you are looking to host a district selection event, school-level competition, or open championship in Bengaluru, I provide a clear, structured roadmap to ensure a successful outcome.
