Pricing Guide
1-Day District Selection & Rapid Tournament
Format & Schedule
- Time Control: Rapid (15m + 5s increment) or Blitz (5m + 3s increment).
- Structure: Swiss League system (7 to 9 rounds); all players play every round regardless of results.
- Duration: Full day event, typically running from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Logistics & Food
- Catering: Simple vegetarian lunch provided for the participating player and one accompanying parent.
- Venue: Local schools or community marriage halls (Functional non AC setup with standard ventilation).
- Equipment: Organizer provides all chess sets (boards/pieces) and digital clocks.
Rewards & Progression
- Selection: Acts as a qualifier for specific geographic Taluks or Districts.
- Sponsorship: Top finishers (e.g., Top 2) receive sponsored entry for subsequent State Level Championships.
- Awards: Trophies for top rankers in age categories (U7 to U15) and participation certificates for all.
FIDE Rated All-India Championship
Professional Standards
- Accreditation: Results submitted to World Chess Federation (FIDE) for official International Rating calculation.
- Governance: Conducted under AICF and KSCA auspices with certified FIDE Arbiters (FA) and International Arbiters (IA).
- Protocols: Strict enforcement of FIDE laws and anti cheating measures (electronic device bans).
Tournament Stakes
- Prizes: Access to substantial cash prize pools (typically ₹1 Lakh to ₹5 Lakhs) for top 20-30 ranks.
- Trophies: High quality trophies for age category winners not competing for cash.
Format & Amenities
- Time Control: Standard Classical (90m + 30s) spanning 4 to 5 days, or FIDE Rapid (20m + 5s) spanning 2 days.
- Venue: Large capacity school auditoriums or college campuses (Non AC halls with holding areas for parents).
- Equipment: DGT Digital Clocks and FIDE standard weighted chess sets provided.
- Food: Lunch provided for players and accompanying guardians.

Hey, we’re Panchajanya Chess Academy. Started out in 2015, all official and registered, no shortcuts here. We’re big on proper chess training, not just teaching moves but building champions.
