About this collection
If you are interested in joining, our audition process is designed to see your potential rather than perfection. We evaluate your current rhythm, how quickly you pick up new choreography, and how well you connect with partners. Come ready to learn, sweat, and show us your love for the music.
Training for the stage is different from social dancing. We run an intensive 4 to 5 month cycle where we drill everything from Mambo footwork to complex stage formations. You can expect about 4 to 6 hours of training each week, focusing on technical skills like spinning, spotting, and body movement.
We take our team to major festivals like GIDC in Goa and various stages in Bangalore, but the real work happens in our studios in Koramangala and Whitefield. It is not just about the steps; it is about building the chemistry that makes a team look unified. We drill the nitty-gritty details of synchronization so that when we hit the stage, the only thing you have to worry about is the music.
We keep our auditions transparent and supportive. We do not just look for advanced dancers; we look for people who are ready to commit, grow, and become part of our dance family. If you have been dancing Salsa On2 for a while and feel like you have hit a plateau, this is how you push past it. Expect to work hard, but also expect to find a group that celebrates every small win along the way.
