The Training Grind

Expectations are high because the goal is professional-level execution. You are committing to a 4 to 5-month season with 4 to 6 hours of studio time each week. Training includes:

• Advanced Choreography: Learning original Mambo routines designed by our director.
• Technique Drills: Rigorous practice on spins, spotting, and intricate footwork to ensure your lines are sharp.
• Formation Coaching: Mastering stage positioning and clean transitions so the team moves as a single unit.
• Showmanship: Learning how to project your energy and maintain consistent facial expressions under stage lights.

Is This For You?

We generally look for dancers who are already comfortable in Level 3 or Level 4 classes. If you can handle intermediate-level social dancing and want to push your boundaries, you are likely ready. We hold auditions to ensure you are at a level where you can keep up and vibe well with the squad, but the atmosphere is never intimidating—we are there to help you grow.
