About From Studio to Stage
Our Performance Batch Intensive is a 4-to-6-week commitment where we drill stage presence, formation changes, and synchronization. We keep these batches capped in size to ensure you get direct, hands-on feedback on your lines and energy before we hit the stage.
Performance isn't about being a pro from day one. It is about the process of taking a simple step and turning it into something you can own in front of a crowd.
We structure these intensives to give you 10 to 14 hours of focused studio time. We do not just teach the routine. We focus on the small details that make a performance look polished, like arm lines and synchronization, and we work on stage blocking so you feel comfortable with your space. If you are worried about the technical side, we guide you through the motions until they feel natural.
We also handle the production details. You get help with costume sourcing, and we conduct dry runs so you are familiar with lighting and stage setups before the final show. The final output is a 2.5 to 3-minute routine that you perform at our Motley socials or partner festivals. It is hard work, but seeing your team come together is the best part of the journey.
