Weekly North Indian Tiffin Menu
Tired of the same oily takeout? My weekly rotating menu brings the comfort of home-cooked North Indian food to your desk or dinner table, fresh and hassle-free.
This collage shows the diversity of meals I cook throughout the week. One day it might be Aloo Capsicum with Moong Dal and rice, and the next it could be Kadhai Paneer with Black Masoor Dal and rotis. My goal is to provide a balanced and varied North Indian meal plan.
To keep the menu interesting, I often include regional specialties. Here is the process of making authentic Gatte ki Sabzi, a Rajasthani dish, which I then pack into my thalis alongside dal and rice. It’s a favorite among my customers.
My weekly menu includes not just daily thalis but also special meals. This image shows a large batch of Pav Bhaji being prepared alongside my regular paneer and dal thalis for a corporate client order.
About Our Weekly Tiffin Variety
Every week, I update the menu so your palate never gets bored. Whether it's a comforting Dal Makhani, a regional favorite like Rajasthani Gatte ki Sabzi, or a simple Aloo Capsicum, you get a balanced North Indian thali without the heavy oil or additives found in restaurant food.
I believe in keeping your daily meals exciting. Because I manage a small, home-style kitchen, I have the flexibility to rotate my recipes often, which means you are not stuck eating the same meal every single day. My thalis are designed to be practical, filling, and genuinely healthy.
What Goes Into Your Weekly Meals
Each portion is prepared in my kitchen using pure desi ghee, fresh veggies picked from local markets, and traditional spices. My goal is simple: to make sure you get a meal that feels like it came from your own home, not a factory.
- Mini Thali: Ideal for a lighter lunch, with 2 ghee-brushed phulkas, 150ml of rice, and portioned curry.
- Full Thali: The complete experience with 3 to 4 phulkas, 250ml rice, 150ml of rich gravy, and 100g of dry sabzi.
I pack everything in 5-compartment disposable trays to keep the dal, sabzi, and salad separate and fresh. Whether you are working late in Bellandur, Marathahalli, Whitefield, or Brookefield, I ensure your food is delivered in a way that it remains warm and ready to eat.
If you are worried about the taste or the freshness, I encourage you to order a trial meal first. I want you to be sure about what you are signing up for before you commit to a weekly or monthly plan.
