Freshly Prepared and Hygienically Packed North Indian Meals
I believe fresh food is the best food. From my kitchen to your doorstep, I pack every meal with attention to detail to ensure it arrives warm, soft, and ready to eat.
From frying fresh pooris to ladling hot sabzi into the meal trays, every step is done with attention to detail. I believe that freshly made food is the best food, and I ensure that is what you get in every tiffin delivery.
See how I assemble a complete meal for delivery. Each compartment is filled with a different item, from the main sabzi to the dal and salad. The rotis are wrapped separately to maintain their softness, and the entire meal is placed in a neat paper bag for delivery.
About Freshly Cooked and Packed with Care
I don't believe in using mass-produced, flimsy containers that leak. I use sturdy 5-compartment trays to keep your dal and sabzi from mixing, and I wrap every phulka in foil immediately after it leaves the tawa so they stay soft and warm by the time you open the box.
When you order a tiffin, the last thing you want is a messy, lukewarm meal. My packing process is designed to mimic how you would serve food at your own dining table.
The Packing Process
Everything is prepared in small batches in my home kitchen. I am particular about hygiene—the kitchen surfaces, the serving ladles, and the storage containers are cleaned and sanitized constantly. Once the food is cooked, I portion it out based on your choice of a Full or Mini Thali.
Why It Stays Fresh
- Separate Compartments: Each item—the gravy, dry sabzi, and salad—stays in its own lane so the flavors don't bleed into each other.
- Moisture Control: I wrap the rotis in foil immediately. This traps the steam, ensuring they don't turn rubbery or dry during the short delivery time to your doorstep.
- Freshness First: I avoid pre-cooking for the entire day. I manage my prep so that the rotis are made just before the delivery slots, ensuring they are as close to 'straight off the fire' as possible.
Delivery Areas
I focus on providing timely service to specific pockets to ensure the food doesn't sit in a delivery bag for too long. If you are in Marathahalli, Bellandur, Whitefield, or Brookefield (within a 3-4km radius), I can get this meal to you while it is still perfectly tempered. If you have been struggling to find a consistent 'ghar ka khana' that arrives in good condition, give my trial meal a go.
