This is my process for making authentic besan laddu. I slow-roast the besan in pure desi ghee and hand-roll each piece, finishing it with a cashew, just like it's made back home.

Since we prepare everything to order, we do not keep large stocks sitting on shelves. When you place an order, we start roasting the besan or kneading the dough, so you get that fresh 'just off the stove' taste that store-bought packets simply miss.
Why our snacks taste different
Most store-bought snacks sit in warehouses for months. We do the opposite. Whether it is our granular Besan Laddus or crispy, hand-rolled Mathri, everything is made in small batches right in our kitchen. We use pure desi ghee—never vanaspati—and traditional ingredients like boora sugar and ajwain to keep the flavors authentic.
Our kitchen process
- Besan Laddu: We slow-roast the gram flour on a low flame to get rid of that raw taste, creating that perfect granular texture. We then hand-roll each laddu and top it with a cashew nut.
- Crispy Mathri: We knead the dough with just enough fat (moin) to get it flaky, then hand-roll and cut it into rustic, uneven strips before frying in fresh oil.
Ordering & Delivery
Because we do not use artificial preservatives, we prepare items fresh after you book. You can order our 1kg Pantry Combo if you want a mix of sweet and savory for your evening tea. We currently deliver within 3-5km of Bellandur, Whitefield, Marathahalli, and Brookefield. If you are craving a snack that reminds you of home, give us a shout.
