Life at Canine Conditioning: Our Training & Boarding Experience
Our facility in Sector 62 isn't a typical kennel. We offer an immersive, residential experience where your dog joins our balanced pack, learns structure, and builds real confidence through daily, hands-on engagement.
This is my girl Karma. Even a highly trained protection dog can be a part of the family, chilling by the fire. It's all about balance and clear boundaries.
Yugen's grooming day. A clean dog is a happy dog. We make sure all dogs in our care, whether for training or boarding, receive regular grooming to keep them healthy and comfortable.
Baby Yoko's first outing to a PSA club day. I wanted to see how he would handle a new environment. He was confident and ready to explore, which is exactly what I want to see in a young working dog.
Another shot from baby Yoko's first outing. Socializing young puppies in a controlled way is crucial for their development. Here he is learning from me and Simran.
Baby Yoko with his first bite wedge. We start building drive and a love for the game from a very young age.
With my first two working dogs, my priority was obedience and bitework. With my third, Yoko, the first thing I taught him was to relax and do nothing. Teaching an "off switch" is crucial for a high-drive dog.
My older dog Solan is already teaching puppy Yoko the ropes of PSA, desensitizing him to the can curtain. Yoko is only 80 days old but already shows the tenacity I look for.
Yoko, son of my dogs Yugen and Aura, is now over 2 months old. For the next few months, we will focus on play and building our bond. Formal obedience training comes later.
Introducing my new pack member, Yoko. He is the son of my dogs Yugen and Aura. My goal is to give him the best life, full of adventures, while preparing him for a future in protection sports.
Fun and interactive sessions for kids are starting soon at our facility. It's a great way for children to learn compassion and how to safely interact with dogs.
About Life at Canine Conditioning
This isn't a storage facility where your dog sits in a cage all day. When your dog boards with us, they integrate into my actual pack, following a rigid routine of high-intensity training sessions, controlled socialisation, and structured play. We don't just teach commands, we change how your dog processes the world by building impulse control and reliability into every hour of their stay.
The Board and Train Difference
Most training fails because it happens in a vacuum. A dog can sit perfectly in your living room but act like a maniac the moment they step outside. Our residential program bridges that gap. Your dog lives with me, my wife Simran, and my balanced working pack at our Sector 62 facility in Gurugram.
How We Work
Your dog doesn't get 'kennel time'. They get a life.
- Structured Routine: 3-4 high-intensity training sessions every single day, not just 15 minutes of work. We focus on drive, nerve, and obedience.
- The Pack Factor: Socialisation is not random park chaos. Your dog learns by watching and interacting with our balanced pack. They learn when to switch off, how to respect boundaries, and how to stay calm under pressure.
- Beyond the Commands: We handle the basics like crate training, leash manners, and potty training, but we also dive deep into behavior. Whether it is anxiety, resource guarding, or simple disobedience, we address the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Maintenance & Care: Proper training requires physical health. We provide high-quality care, regular grooming, and balanced nutrition, ensuring your dog is physically primed to learn.
The Handover
My job is not done when your dog is trained. My job is done when you are as confident handling your dog as I am. We end every program with mandatory, in-depth handover sessions. We train you on leash mechanics, body language, and how to maintain the rules once you are back home. If you want a quick fix, look elsewhere. If you want a real partnership with your dog, we have the work to do.
Varun Anand
I am Varun, and my wife Simran is the backbone of everything we do. We keep our pack small and our standards high because we are not just training dogs, we are building a foundation of trust that lasts long after the training ends.
