About this collection
Our 90-minute sessions are built on the SAQ method: Speed, Agility, and Quickness. This is not about casual play. You will be working through hurdles, ladders, and technical drills that mirror the high-pressure environment of MFA and YPL matches.
We run these high-intensity drills five days a week at the RBK Global School turf. Our coaching staff, led by AFC and AIFF-licensed experts, focuses heavily on advanced ball mastery, passing under pressure, and formation training for 11v11 and 7v7 play.
These sessions are specifically designed for competitive development. Whether you are aiming for the AIFF Youth I-League pathway or seeking to excel in the Yuva President League (YPL), these drills provide the stamina and technical edge required to succeed. We treat every session as an opportunity to grow, teaching players how to handle match-day intensity before they even step onto the field. Our goal is to help you build the physical foundation needed for professional football, ensuring that when you play, you are ready to compete at the highest level.
