The grind never stops. This is a look at the high-intensity agility, speed, and conditioning drills our intermediate batch players go through, building the physical foundation required for competitive football.
Our girls' program in action. Here, players work on close control and dribbling drills, fundamental skills we focus on in our daily training sessions to build confidence and technical mastery on the ball.

We train 5 days a week at the RBK Global School Turf in Mira Road, maintaining a 1:12 coach-to-player ratio to ensure focused development. This is not a casual weekend kickabout. Our sessions are intensive, structured by AFC-licensed coaches, and specifically designed to get players match-ready for competitive leagues like the MFA and YPL.

We are the official Grassroots Development Centre for Sportsmania FC, Pune. This partnership is our biggest differentiator, bridging the gap between local academy training and national-level scouting. Our students are prepared specifically for the AIFF Youth I-League (U13, U15, U17) and the Indian Women’s League. With direct mentorship from figures like Paresh Shivalkar and Kunal Sawant, our players don’t just dream of pro football; they understand the roadmap to get there.
