About this collection
The quality of coaching at our academy comes down to our low student-to-coach ratio. With a 1:12 ratio during our 5-day training weeks at RBK Global Turf, every player gets active, real-time feedback on their positioning and decision-making. Our coaches, including Anil D'Souza and Paresh Shivalkar, are on the field correcting mechanics rather than observing from the sidelines.
Great football starts with great guidance. Many academies offer generic drills, but our curriculum focuses on the specific requirements of competitive leagues like the MFA and YPL.
Why Mentorship Matters
Our coaches are not just instructors. When a student trains with Coach Paresh Shivalkar or Kunal Sawant, they are learning from individuals who have played at the ISL and I-League levels. The Development Process
We split our training into tactical, technical, and fitness components.
- Tactics: We drill formation play for 11v11 and 7v7 matches so players understand their role in a live game environment.
- Technical: Ball mastery, passing accuracy, and first-touch drills are performed until they become muscle memory.
- Conditioning: Our SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) sessions are designed to build the explosive power required for modern football.
Our Facility and Schedule
Training takes place at the RBK Global Turf in Mira-Bhayander, equipped with professional floodlights for evening sessions. We run high-intensity 90-minute batches, ensuring that every minute on the pitch is productive. Whether it is correcting a goalie's stance or teaching a striker how to anticipate a defender's movement, our licensed staff remains committed to the 'Stronger Foundations' philosophy that defines Team OSA.
