About Seasonal & Signature Flavors
My signature Billionaire's cake is a labor of love. I layer 55 percent dark chocolate ganache with house-made hazelnut praline and sea salt caramel to get that texture just right. When you order a seasonal mango or Nutella cheesecake from me, you are getting fresh, real ingredients, not pre-mixes or non-dairy substitutes.
My Approach to Flavors
I believe a cake should be as good to eat as it is to look at. That is why I stick to Swiss meringue or American buttercream rather than non-dairy whip, ensuring a richer, more authentic mouthfeel.
My flavor menu is built around what I do best:
- The Signature Collection: This includes my Belgian Chocolate and the popular Billionaire's Cake. These are consistent, decadent, and perfect for when you want a reliable crowd-pleaser.
- Seasonal Specials: When mangoes are in season, I exclusively use fresh Alphonso pulp. I do not rely on canned fillings, so these cakes are only available when the fruit is at its peak quality in Mumbai.
- Fresh Fruit & Nut: My fresh strawberry, pineapple, and raspberry compote cakes use real fruit, simmered in my kitchen to create a balance of sweet and tangy that complements my vanilla sponge.

Since it is just me in the kitchen, I do not hold large stocks of pre-baked sponges.
