About
What Drives My Art
I see every subject as having a soul—be it a wild animal, a dancer, or even a simple object. My journey is all about capturing that spark, mostly in black and white. Working in monochrome forces me (and you) to focus on the raw textures, the play between light and shadows, and the emotion behind every line. If you’re someone who likes art that starts conversations, you’ll probably vibe with my pieces.
What You'll Find Here
- Wildlife Portraits: Horses with full-on energy, bulls that look like they’ll charge out of the frame, majestic elephants, and tigers with that unmistakable Indian wildness. These monochrome animal portraits are a big part of my heart.
- Performing Arts: I’m obsessed with the rhythm of dance—think ballet silhouettes or detailed Indian classical footwork (ghungroos, mudras, all of it). You’ll also see hyperrealistic charcoal drawings of musical instruments and the hands that bring them to life.
- Human & Divine: From expressive human forms that lean into emotion and sensuality, to spiritual and conceptual pieces—like calm Buddha portraits or Himalayan landscapes.
My Process & What You Get
I stick to charcoal and graphite, usually on linen canvas or archival paper. Everything is hand-drawn, with details that make the subjects feel alive. Originals are one-of-a-kind, while hand-drawn art prints let you start or grow your own collection of contemporary Indian fine art.
