About The House of Champions: Our Team
Look at the faces in these photos. They aren't just students; they are athletes training for SGFI Nationals and State Championships. We don't do hobby classes here. Every student you see is putting in 90 to 120 minutes of high-intensity training, six days a week, focusing on everything from spinning hook kicks to electronic scoring simulations. If you are serious about winning for your country, this is where you start.
At Oscar Taekwondo Academy, or as we call it, 'The House of Champions', we work on one simple principle: medals aren't bought, they are earned through sweat and discipline. This isn't a place to pass time. Whether it is our Elite Competitive batch or our standard foundational sessions, the goal is always the same—performance.
Why We Train This Way
We focus on 'Kyorugi' sparring that feels like a real tournament. You will be training in full gear, learning how to handle the pressure of the ring. Our conditioning drills—plyometrics, resistance band work, and agility ladders—are designed to turn your body into a weapon. We want you to be faster, stronger, and more strategic than your opponent.
Training Structure
We offer two main paths:
- Standard Batch: 3-4 days a week. Ideal for building a foundation in agility and basic kicking technique.
- Elite Competitive Batch: 6 days a week. This is for the fighters who want to compete at the District, State, and SGFI National levels. We cover everything from advanced spinning hook kicks to tactical clinching strategies.
The 'Coach Shab' Difference
I don't just coach; I mentor. Discipline is the first thing we teach because an uncontrolled mind is the biggest enemy of a fighter. When you join our team in Sultanpuri, you are stepping into a community that pushes you, mentors you, and expects you to give your 100 percent. If you have the passion, I have the training. Let's get you ready for the podium.
Oscar Taekwondo Academy
I am Coach Sagar, or 'Coach Shab' to my students. I don't run a hobby gym; I run a factory for champions where we teach kids to be disciplined monsters in the ring. If you have the fire to win gold for India, I will give you the tools and the training to get there.
