How We Train

At A.V.S. Taekwondo Academy, our schedule is designed for one thing: performance. We break our training into two distinct paths. Our Foundation batches focus on the absolute basics, like stance correction and flexibility, ensuring that every student builds a solid base before moving forward.

For those who want to compete, our Elite Squad moves fast. We train six days a week with two sessions daily. This is where you will find yourself doing morning outdoor conditioning, heavy shield work, and full-contact sparring sessions that simulate real match pressure. We teach you how to score, how to handle corner entrapment, and how to control the mat.

Competition Focus

We do not wait for opportunities; we create them. My students travel for everything from CBSE Zone games and SGFI Nationals to high-stakes international events like the Mount Everest International Open. We understand the weight strategy required for categories, the mental game of staying calm under fire, and the physical endurance needed to last three rounds against a tough opponent.

Join the Squad

We operate out of Mahendra Park, Adarsh Nagar, and Manava Bhawna Public School in Nathupura. If you are 6 or 36 and want to test your limits, come for a few sessions. See if you can keep up with the team. Remember, 'हार से डर जाने से अच्छा है जीत की कोशिश में मर जाना।' (It is better to die trying to win than to be afraid of losing.)
