About My Clients & Colleagues
Whether I am consulting with a public figure for a specific project or guiding a client through the festive season, my approach remains identical: sustainability. You will notice in these images that we are not obsessed with calorie counting or extreme deprivation. Instead, we are having real conversations about things like managing thyroid flare-ups during Teej or balancing energy levels, because a nutrition plan that truly works is one you can actually follow without stress.
Health is not a one-size-fits-all product. When I work with clients, from actors preparing for roles to individuals managing chronic conditions like diabetes or PCOS, I focus on the 'why' and 'how' of food. It is about empowering you to make choices that serve your body.

My clinical foundation comes from over 25 years of experience, but my practice is built on local, everyday ingredients. Many clients come to me after failed attempts with fad diets that forced them to stop eating their favorite meals. My job is to prove that you do not need to quit your culture or your cravings to get healthy.
How We Work Together
- Clinical Assessment: We start with your blood reports and body composition to create a baseline.
- Education: I do not just hand you a chart. I explain the 'why' so you learn how to handle travel, dining out, and festivals.
- Adaptability: Life is unpredictable. If you have a wedding, a sudden work trip, or a festival, we plan for it. We do not stop living; we just adapt the strategy.
Why This Matters
Take the example of festive eating. Many of my clients come to me worried about indulgence. We do not ban the 'ghewar' or the sweets; we look at the timing, portion control, and the compensating nutrients. This is how you heal the gut, manage hormonal balance, and maintain results for the long term. My goal is to get you to a place where you no longer need a nutritionist, because you have mastered the art of balancing your own health.
